ICO Prize goes to Rajesh Menon for Nanolithography
The ICO Prize Committee recognizes a breakthrough achievement in Nanolithography.
Dr. Rajesh Menon, a Utah Science, Technology and Research (USTAR) Assistant Professor in the ECE Department and an affiliate of the Research Laboratory of Electronics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has been selected by the ICO Prize Committee as the recipient of the 2009 ICO Prize for his:
"breakthrough achievement in nanolithography, in particular for his invention and development of the absorbance modulation method for a wider range of nanophotonic applications"
