Can I change lab sections?

For the hardware labs (1,2,3,6), you will need to attend your assigned sections.  We do not have enough equipment for additional students in the labs.

For software labs (0,4,5), you may attend any section IF you bring your own computer (laptop) running Matlab for Labs 4,5 and Word (Lab 0).  This year we do not have access to the PC lab, so we only have the 6 or so PCs in the EM lab, which means if you want to be an extra student in a lab, please bring your own computer.  Software labs are done individually, not with partners, so this will not inconvenience your lab partner.  Please turn in your assignments to your REGULAR TA (listed above) for all labs.

If I can’t make my regular lab this week, can I go to another?

Yes, but... Only TWELVE (12) students fit in the lab because of equipment limitations. Check the lab sections above, and see how many people are in each lab. If 12 people are there, the lab is full. Otherwise, you may attend other lab sections. After the first lab, please stick with your lab (so that you don’t let your lab partner down). Exceptions will obviously be made for deaths and births, but otherwise, please stay in your lab if at all possible. Thank you!
