The link on the right contains a list of libraries. The diode.lib and diode.olb files need to be downloaded and linked within PSpice. A tutorial on adding libraries is Tutorial8_LoadingPartsInSpice.pdf. The Example Schematic has some notes and an example schematic for the project. |

Note: The files on your right contain the model library and schematic part for the CD4007. If you need additional nmos transistors, I would suggest using the 2N7000 which is contained in the fairchild library. Check to see if these parts are available in the stockroom. Download both the .olb and the .lib files to your hard drive in the same directory. You can add the library by being in the schematic page window. Go to Place part and click on add library. Select the saved *.olb and add it. You can now draw your schematic circuit. To simulate, go to the simulation window and click on the libraries tab. Browse for the *.lib file that you saved and then add to design. This is where the model is located. |
