Transfer students should apply to the University of Utah using the online application:

If you want to transfer credits from a school not listed in the articulation sheet, you should meet with our academic adviser to discuss which of your courses will be accepted for credit by the University of Utah.

It is critical that all transfer students consult with our academic adviser early in the semester before attending the University of Utah to determine where they stand in our program of study. All questions and concerns regarding the admission, credit transfer, and program of study for transfer students should be directed to our academic adviser.
