Overview of Lab Equipment

The analog lab has 28 lab stations of newer equipment: a HP or Agilent E3631A three-output DC power supply, 33120A arbitrary function generator, 34970A data acquisition unit,
34401A digital multimeter, Simpson 160 VOM, and 54645D or 54622D analog/digital oscilloscope. These stations also have a PC (with GPIB controller) and software (both National
Instruments LabView and Agilent IO studio suite) for controlling the instruments. The PCs are connected to the department network.

Some experiments require equipment beyond that mounted in the benches; this equipment may be checked out from a well-equipped stockroom. The Analog lab is located in room 2365 of MEB.
