Homework Return Authorization Form

I would like to have my homework and exams returned to my mailbox in MEB 2101.

By completing the following, I understand that the mailboxes are not locked and that it is possible that my homework and exams may be removed from my mailbox by another student. I also understand that the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering does not accept responsibility for the documents that are left in the mailboxes. If I decide that I want to discontinue having my homework and exams returned to my mailbox, I will notify Hana Stecki or another administrative staff member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, MEB 2110.
